Some reef boats are floating buffets with a swim attached. Silverswift is the inverse: an active day engineered around maximum water time, whether you're snorkelling, trying your first dive or working through a certified-diver card. Everyone gets their lane. Snorkellers get unlimited adventure snorkelling with gear included, a guided snorkel tour and a briefing at each site, all under qualified lifeguard supervision, with prescription masks available free, a rare and glorious detail for the glasses-wearers. First-time divers can take up to two dives with an instructor at their side; certified divers get up to three, all guided. Lycra suits and dive wetsuits are included. The feeding schedule holds up its end: focaccias and muffin cakes on boarding, a hot and cold tropical buffet lunch, cheese and biscuits in the afternoon, plus hot freshwater showers before you head home. Departs the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal daily; small fuel surcharge collected before travel.
