The Agincourt ribbon reefs sit right on the edge of the continental shelf, where the water clears and the coral gets ambitious, and Silversonic's whole model is giving you three different sites there in one day, because no two patches of ribbon reef behave the same. The numbers work in your favour: roughly five hours at the reef, unlimited snorkelling, and a change of scenery twice. Mask, snorkel, fins and lycra stinger suits are all included, qualified snorkel safety officers keep watch, and the third site comes with a guided snorkel tour and reef interpretation so you finish the day knowing what you were looking at. Morning tea, a tropical buffet lunch and afternoon tea keep the engine room stocked. It departs Port Douglas daily. The only extra is a $10 fuel surcharge collected at check-in, everything else about the day is already on the boat.
