Bali Adventure, 12 Days Canggu to Ubud

Today is all about diving into Bali's rich culture and stunning scenery as you explore ancient temples filled with history, intricate architecture, and traditional Balinese charm. Along the way, you'll get your first real taste of the island's unique atmosphere, from peaceful spiritual sites to vibrant local life. 🌱 Small Change: Experience Bali's soul through our temple visits, a cultural exchange that goes beyond sightseeing. Later, we'll head to a beach club to catch an unforgettable sunset over the ocean, with chilled vibes, great music, and the perfect place to relax. Then, as the evening kicks off, it's time to hit the dancefloor for a fun night out Bali-style.

A full day on the itinerary, your INTRO leader shares the detail and the best local options on the day.

Lovina will steal your heart with its rolling rice paddies and smiley welcome. We'll squeeze in some temple exploring and a dip in a waterfall before arriving at our unique accommodation, in the mountains with infinity pool views of rice paddies. The next day it's all aboard a traditional outrigger boat as we cruise on the lookout for wild dolphins. We'll also visit a local family where you'll get a unique insight into Balinese life.

Crystal clear waters and swaying palm trees are on the agenda as we catch the fast ferry to Gili T, the largest of the three Gili Islands. With a free afternoon feel yourself slipping easily into island time, Bintang in hand, before a night out island style. The next day we'll explore the island on two wheels, beach hopping from one sandy shore to the next before capturing pics of an incredible sunset. 🌱 Small Change: Groups that are in Gili on a Friday will have the option to join Gili Eco Trust for a beach clean up.

The following day we say goodbye to paradise, the chilled out cultural Mecca of Ubud awaits as we travel back to the mainland by ferry.

🌱 Small Change: Experience Ubud's vibrant markets, with local flavours, colours and culture. You'll also step into a Sacred Monkey Forest, for a respectful wildlife encounter rooted in conservation and Balinese tradition.

It's an early start as you head out for a once-in-a-lifetime sunrise trek. Joined by a local guide, hike up an active volcano and summit just as the sun peaks over the horizon for breakfast with a view. This afternoon relax and un-wind with a traditional Balinese massage. Your unforgettable 12 day adventure comes to an end the next day. Those flying home will make their way to the airport, or extend your stay in Bali with our help and the new friends you've made.
